A UK man’s been found not guilty of a serious motoring allegation following a motorbike crash on the Mountain Road.
Liam Bass of Lindsey Drive in Grimsby had denied causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care and attention on August 22, 2018 near Guthrie’s Memorial.
He was acquitted of the charge after a three-day trial before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
Mrs Hughes ordered the prosecution to pay Mr Bass’ defence costs.
