The Island's College is offering free video sessions to help people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The UCMLockdownLearning sessions include the likes of yoga, mindfulness and cookery classes.
They will be delivered by College tutors who are experienced professionals in their relevant fields.
Adult Continuing Education Manager Cathy Lord, says for those who live by themselves, this time can be very lonely, however, through these classes, we hope to connect people with the rest of the community.
All sessions are open to the public and are free of charge; full details are available on the UCM website or Facebook page.
