Onchan MHK Julie Edge wants to know how many pupils have received them in the last ten years.
In her question to Education, Sport & Culture Minister, Graham Cregeen MHK, Ms Edge will also ask what budget has been allocated for them.
Tynwald meets for its first sitting of the year next Tuesday (January 21) from 10.30am.
