Regulations banning drones and planes from interfering with the Island's roadracing festivals will be laid before Tynwald this month.
Two sets of rules, for the TT and Manx Grand Prix, will see airspace closed during racing to ensure the medical helicopter can fly safely.
In recent years, a number of fans have been caught out and prosecuted for flying drones during the race action.
The regulations have been issued by the Department for Enterprise.
