Tynwald has voted to approve the sale of a historic building in the South.
The Old Police Station in Castletown belonged to Manx National Heritage, and will now be put on the market.
In the court this morning, a motion from Sarah Maltby, on behalf of the MNH trustees, was passed.
It comes after a debate in Tynwald yesterday, where Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston said the building had been valued at £310,000 three years ago.
