Two people were taken to hospital following a crash at the 11th Milestone yesterday.
It happened at around 3pm at Cronk Y Voddy in Kirk Michael - the incident involved a silver Ford Escort and a silver VW Polo.
The road was closed for several hours while the scene was cleared by emergency services - two people were taken to Noble's Hospital for treatment.
Officers are appealing to any witnesses to contact Peel Police Station.
