The Island's coastguards say they had a busy night last night.
The emergency service says its teams carried out two urgent medical transfers by helicopter to hospitals in the UK.
The first happened shortly before midnight, while the second happened around two hours later.
Teams from Douglas and Castletown worked with the Island's Ambulance Service in both operations.
