Firefighters were called out twice in Onchan last night.
Crews were called to a house in Hawthorn Close just after 6pm when an electrical fault started a small fire in a bathroom.
A short time later, firefighters were called to reports of a large bonfire at Little Mill - which turned out to be a controlled burn.
The Fire and Rescue Service is asking people to get in touch on 697327 if you're having a bonfire to reduce the possibility of false alarms.
