Marown will be going back to the polls in October - this time for a local authority by-election.
Marown Commissioners need one more member to fill the board after the resignation of John Lovelady, and nominations closed yesterday.
The local authority says two candidates from Glen Vine have come forward for the seat, Kirsty Collister of King Orry Close and Oksana Hargreaves of Alexander Road.
An election will be held on Thursday, October 8.
