Breakfast TV star Dr Hillary Jones has visited the Island to help raise awareness of hearing problems.
Yesterday he spoke to locals about hearing loss and the importance of taking care of their ears at the Hidden Hearing event in Douglas.
The doctor says acknowledging the impact on quality of life is the first step - following that there are a range of options for people to consider.
