The Department of Economic Development says it's looking for a contractor to tow away vehicles parked on the TT course when roads are closed.
It wants the successful company to operate during TT and the Festival of Motorcycling.
Two contracts are on offer: the other involves recovering competitors and their machines from the course.
Expressions of interest have to be in by midday on Friday.
