A Manx charity is urging government to stop using plastic on the TT course.
Beach Buddies says it wants the Department of Infrastructure to rethink using plastic wrapping to cover road signs on the Mountain road ahead of this year's festival.
Founder Bill Dale says the plastic has started to shred, and is leaving litter on the course.
He hopes organisers will find an alternative solution before the Festival of Motorcycling takes place in August.
