TT marshals, and those thinking of marshalling, are being urged to share their experience through a new survey.
The Isle of Man TT Marshals Association says the idea is to build a better picture of the orange army.
The results will be used to influence decision-making and bring improvements for marshals.
A spokesman said it is part of plans to make marshalling on the Mountain Course "as easy, attractive, enjoyable and rewarding as possible".
