A company that organised marshals to the TT festival has been dissolved.
The Isle of Man TT Marshals' Association Ltd was set up in January 2004 and based at the Grandstand on Glencrutchery Road.
In 2022, it held a meeting to decide whether it should be wound up and replaced.
The Department for enterprise says the company has now been struck off the Island's companies' register.
A new company, TTMA Ltd, took over its operations.
