TT makes for very positive June for both Steam Packet and Ronaldsway

The Department of Infrastructure have been reflecting on what they’ve branded a very successful TT fortnight.

Both the Steam Packet and the Airport saw a considerable increase on last year’s figures.

Throughout the TT the Manannan and Ben-My-Chree operated intense schedules.

At the airport 72,500 passengers passed through marking an increase of 12% over the previous year.

TT was the obvious factor for the successful June, however the second half of the month also saw a small increase.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne has branded it a reassuring result.
