Accomodation programme for festival visitors already up and running to cope with demands.
The TT Homestay scheme has already launched ahead of next year's event because of an increased demand for accommodation.
This is several months earlier than usual but the Visitor Centre has already had a significant number of requests for beds, which began coming in as early as this year's festival.
As a result the Homestay unit is encouraging Island residents to consider offering spare rooms to visitors.
Member for Economic Development Geoff Corkish says registration has had to start this early to cope with the demand for accommodation.
