Adventurer, TV presenter, actor and motorcycle fanatic Charley Boorman says he's 'fulfilling another ambition' by attending the TT this year.
He started as an actor but is now best known for his motorcycle adventure TV shows, with his pal Ewan McGregor in the Long Way Round and also Long Way Down and By Any Means.
He told 3FM that he can't wait to see the whole Island while the TT is in full swing.
Charley Boorman Live is on at the Gaiety Theatre tonight and during his stay on the Island the Community, Culture and Leisure Minister David Cretney has given Charley a bike to borrow! (audio above)
