Flying drones near the course during the Island's major racing festivals this year could land you in prison for up to five years.
When Tynwald sits in March, the Department for Enterprise will lay regulations before the court covering TT, Manx Grand Prix, the Southern 100 and pre-TT Classic.
The rules introduce restricted airspace near race courses during the 2026 events, making it illegal for manned or unmanned craft to fly into them without special permission.
Anyone breaking the rules can face a £10,000 fine or up to five years in jail.
