The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says it's investigating an Island company over waste disposal.
A Freedom of Information request asked about commercial companies who had breached regulations on storing controlled waste.
In response, DEFA said it had seen two cases over the past year - with one firm told to remove all controlled waste from its site within six months.
However, it says a substantial amount of waste is still on-site and the department is now conducting an enforcement investigation.
