Tributes have been paid to retiring Chief Minister Allan Bell.
He announced he wouldn't be standing for re-election in July this year after the result of the Brexit and for personal reasons - Howard Quayle was sworn in as his replacement yesterday.
Before being elected as Chief Minister Allan Bell was the MHK for Ramsey for more than 30 years - he also served in numerous ministerial positions including Tourism, Home Affairs, Treasury and Economic Development.
