Tributes are continuing to be paid to Ramsey Commissioner and former MHK and MLC Leonard Singer.
The Manx politician passed away earlier this week following a long illness, aged 80.
Juan McGuinness says he was a ‘keen politician’ and brought a ‘different level’ of politician to Ramsey Commissioners following his time in the House of Keys.
He joined the board with Mr Singer in 2021 after he failed to retain his seat in the general election.
