Former husband denies murder charge and second count of obstructing inquest
The trial of the man accused of murdering former Island resident Joanna Brown has been put back until tomorrow.
It’s her estranged husband Robert Brown who was charged after her body was discovered last November.
She was found in woodland near to her £3 million home in Ascot, which she had been running as an award winning bed and breakfast.
She went to the Buchan School during her days on the Island; her late father was renowned property developer Chris Simpson.
BA Pilot Brown denies the charge of murder and a second count of obstructing a coroner from holding an inquest.
