A Turkish man will stand trial after being accused of making a false statement to try and get a British passport.
37-year-old Ersen Girgin, of Ballakermeen Close in Douglas, appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence which was allegedly committed on July 13th last year at the Isle of Man Passport Office.
A pre-trial review will take place on April 6th - he has been bailed until that date.
