A takeaway employee will stand trial after being accused of possessing an offensive weapon.
29-year-old Umut Demir, of Loch Promenade in Douglas, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.

A pre-trial review will take place on January 31st - he's been bailed until that date.
