An 85-year-old man will stand trial after denying causing serious bodily harm to a cyclist.
Thomas Davenport, who's from Ballasalla, has been charged with injuring the man by driving without due care or consideration.
It relates to an alleged incident on Oak Hill in Port Soderick on October 14th - at Douglas Courthouse this week he entered a not guilty plea.
A pre-trial review will take place on April 19th - he's been bailed until then.
