A Ballasalla man will stand trial after being accused of driving without due care and attention.
68-year-old Michael Anthony Osborne, of Silverburn Farm, appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.
He entered a not guilty plea to the offence which was allegedly committed on the Mountain Road on October 27th last year.
He'll next appear in court for a pre-trial review on June 1st.
