A Douglas man will spend Christmas behind bars after being accused of breaking a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
46-year-old Martin Andrew Cleator, of Ballaquark, denies the offence which allegedly took place on August 15th.
He appeared at Douglas Courthouse via live video link from the Isle of Man Prison yesterday.
A pre-trial review will take place on January 31st - there was no application for bail and he was remanded at the prison until his next court appearance.
