A duo will stand trial after denying jointly assaulting a woman in Douglas.
Michelle Mcburnie, of Palace Road, and Kenneth O'Connell, of Woodbourne Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
They both entered not guilty pleas to a charge of common assault - it was allegedly carried out on Palace Road on February 9th.
A pre-trial review will take place on March 14th - Ms Mcburnie, who is 38, has been bailed until that date.
Mr O'Connell, who is also 38, was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until the hearing.
