Treasury Minister says reserve spending isn't 'bad financial management'

Spending hundreds of millions of pounds from government reserve funds isn't 'bad financial management'.

That's according to Treasury Minister Eddie Teare - he says nearly £419 million has been pulled to cover government spending since 2010:

The funds are also being used to drive economic growth - £50 million for the Enterprise Development Scheme is being drawn from the same pot.
