The Island's Treasury Minister says people can get help if they have trouble filling out benefits forms.
In the House of Keys this week Dr Alex Allinson faced questions Onchan MHK Julie Edge about forms to claim Disability Living Allowance.
In particular, she asked whether the claim form discriminated against anyone.
