A Manx passenger watchdog body is calling for government to involve the public in the future of ferry services after buying out the Steam Packet Company.
Travelwatch says it's disappointed with a lack of consultation before the decision was made by Tynwald to buy the company.
And it's now calling for a new Customer Services Contract, which would deal with services, fares, terms of service, and complaints procedures.
The organisation says Tynwald should set up an official users body to represent passengers.
