Motorists are being urged to drive carefully this morning - because a busy crossroads will have its traffic lights turned off.
Traffic lights at St Ninians have been switched off for maintenance and testing.
The lights were turned off at 6am and the Department of Infrastructure says it hopes to finish work by the end of the morning.
Warning signs will be in place, but drivers are being asked to slow down and treat the crossroads as an unmarked junction.
