Police are investigating after an item of safety equipment was stolen after heavy flooding last week.
An LED "Trafiflare” flashing beacon, which belongs to the Fire and Rescue Service, was taken from the top of a traffic cone on Wednesday.
The beacon was left on Peel Road at around 9pm and was noticed missing at around 10.30pm – police say a young female was seen to take it.
Anyone who has the beacon is asked to drop it into any fire or police station.
