A new till - with the Manx motto 'time enough' - is being launched at the supermarket today to coincide with Dementia Awareness Week:
It's designed to allow people to move through the checkout at a slower speed - staff have also undertaken a 'Dementia Friends' session so they understand the challenges people can face.
