There will be some highly topical and contentious issues up for debate in Junior Tynwald next week.

The year 12 pupils take part in the event each year, organised by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
Each school will ask three questions to be answered by a Tynwald Members, and two motions will be moved and voted upon.
The sitting will be held next Monday and won’t be open to the general public.
