The Island's Treasury Minister says the way windfarm operators would be paid to produce electricity hasn't been settled yet - because there aren't any windfarms here.
Earlier in the House of Keys, Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse quizzed Chris Thomas about curtailment payments.
They're made to operators when turbines aren't needed to generate power.
Mr Thomas said no decision had been made on payments to operators for a simple reason:
