Police say people in the north of the Island shouldn't be alarmed if they spot lots of police this afternoon.
Officers from the firearms unit is carrying out training in the North of the Island today.
The organisation says it's a planned exercise and the public should not be concerned.
It says people may see an increased police presence or hear noise linked to the exercise.
