The Island's new Equality Bill is due to be debated in the House of Keys tomorrow.
The legislation designed to stop discrimination had its first formal reading to the Council of Ministers last week after it was passed by the Legislative Council in September.
The new Bill builds on existing laws prohibiting discrimination in goods and services as well as in employment on the grounds of characteristics including age, disability, gender, race, religion and sexual orientation.
