Time to look to the Parish Walk

With the TT now finished for another year attention turns to next week's Manx Telecom Parish Walk.

1,500 walkers are expected to turn out for the gruelling 85-mile race walk.

This year social media will be utilised to document walkers' pictures and timings to Facebook - in real time.

Former Parish Walk winner Michael George has this advice for any first timers:
