Three Isle of Man motorists have been fined for using their mobile phones while driving.
Police said they were stopped last night and each were fined and given four penalty points.
Under the current Manx law, people can be fined up to £2,500 for the offence.
It is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving, even when you are stopped at traffic lights or in a queue of traffic.
This includes making or receiving calls, pictures, text messaging or using the internet.
