A local resident has launched a petition against the government's proposal to restrict the parking of larger vehicles.
Keith Pringle says this change in legislation would affect many vehicle types, including work vans, campervans, and some 4x4s.
The regulations, which would see vehicles over 1.87m in height and 5.5m in length restricted from parking on speed restricted roads overnight or at weekends, will go before Tynwald in autumn.
The petition has been signed by over 2,000 people so far, and can be found here.
