Nearly £13,000 has been raised to help a two-year-old girl undergoing chemotherapy.
In September - Isle of Man police cadets shared they'd be fundraising for Savannah-May - who has two brain tumours, causing her to only have 10% vision in her left eye.
Her family needed money to help during a difficult time whilst she underwent 18 months of chemotherapy.
In an update published today, the Island's constabulary announced they've raised £12,848.93.
Police say the funds were raised with the help of both the public and local businesses - with the likes of Tesco and Shoprite allowing a stand to be set up in their stores selling raffle tickets.
The post reads:
"Most of us have had a difficult year due to many factors including Covid but it is so apparent that the local community still have the desire and compassion to help a family when they needed it most."
Officers said "It has been a privilege to be allowed to help Savannah and her family and we will continue to be there for them into the future."
Savannah’s mother said on behalf of her family:
"We would just like to thank everyone who has helped raise money for Savannah-May. We really do appreciate all the help, this money is going to help so much with Savannah’s care and trips away as we go in to the last section of her chemo which will last 12 months.
The support and love that she has had is overwhelming and we are so grateful for everything that everyone has done."
