The Tholt Y Will Road will remain closed overnight as roadwork repairs continue.
The Department of Infrastructure had hoped that works would be completed by this evening, before the road would be re-closed again tomorrow, Tuesday June 24.
The road from the Bungalow to as far as the former Tholt Y Will Pub will instead now remain closed throughout the evening, until the end of works tomorrow afternoon.
Access for residents in the Sulby valley will continue to be available from Sulby.
