Developers can apply for a new round of support to bring the Island's brownfield sites back into use.
The Department for Enterprise says the third round of its Island Infrastructure Scheme is now open.
It's designed to provide financial support for residential, retail, leisure, and commercial developments on privately-owned brownfield sites.
The department says it helps projects which wouldn't otherwise be financially viable but could unlock substantial private sector investment.
