Police are appealing for information regarding the theft of a number of guitars taken from Peter Norris Music shop on Finch Road Douglas around 9pm yesterday.
The thieves broke into the store through a smashed window in the front door.
A small group of males were seen leaving the area with the guitars, walking along Kingswood Grove in the direction of the Manx Museum.
