The Island Games are underway and the Isle of Man has stuck gold!
Manx runner Christa Cain won gold for the Island in the 10,000 metres track race, in a staggering 35 minutes - a new record by nearly a minute.
The Manx team is the third largest in the competition with 150 athletes in Orkney competing.
The games started on Saturday, Jul 12 and finish on Friday, July 18.
