The Strand Centre says Tesco's dropped plans to open a second store in Douglas
The supermarket chain has surrendered a provisional alcohol licence it was given in 2015.
The licence was never officially granted after a legal challenge from Shoprite - now Tesco says it won't be opening an Express store at the Strand.
