A new go-karting facility could be on the cards in Douglas.
Planning documents released by the Department of Infrastructure show an application for a temporary go-karting track at the Grandstand.The proposal is for a change in use of the land on Glencrutchery Road along with the installation of barriers, lighting, fencing and a reception area.
The application was submitted on October 18th and is pending consideration. It’s not yet known who is behind it but more details are expected to emerge later today.
