A temporary arrangement has been made to allow events to continue at Jurby Airfield.
A recent process to get an organisation to manage motorsports events there was unsuccessful so from this week they will be managed by the Department for Enterprise while another group is found.
The government is asking any organisers to contact motorsport@gov.im to guarantee availability and those which have made a booking and paid in advance to contact the previous managers to recover payments.
Officials add a new exercise to find a suitable party to carry out the job will be announced in due course.
