Hillside Dental Practice is now fully operational.
It comes after Manx Care took over the practice last December, but had IT trouble and so could only deliver emergency services.
A short term fix is now in place, with staff arranging appointments and contacting patients directly.
Appointments previously booked in advance by Regent Dental Care have been cancelled - Hillside says it will contact patients.
